U geh it? - Do you understand?
Yer know wot I mean? - Do you understand?

But-ah - Butter
See ya layt-ah - See you later

The above expressions were detected and noted over a period of time and exclude obscene expressions that are often heard. It should also be noted that there are some very well spoken local people with a variety of accents which reflects the diverse population of Harlow.
